About Ron
Ron Debranski has been practicing law in Woodstock since 2001. He is admitted to all state courts in Georgia including the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia. Ron is also admitted to federal court in the Northern District of Georgia and has been associated in state and federal courts in other states.
Ron enjoys practicing in a variety of areas of law from business formations and contract law to business litigation as well as other civil litigation in the domestic, property, estate, and personal injury law. He also has a great deal of experience in creating estate plans including wills, trusts, advance directives, and powers of attorney as well as estate probate. Additionally, Ron often serves as a guardian ad litem in probate courts.
Over the years, Ron has served on many nonprofit boards and supports many charitable causes. He has also served on several ethics panels dealing with allegations of political corruption.
Ron graduated with a business degree from the University of Georgia and graduated from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School with honors.
Ron has been married to his wife Andrea for 36 years and has two grown children, Andrew and Lauren. Together, Ron and Andrea also raise their grandson, Justin, and enjoy participating in his many extracurricular activities. In his spare time, Ron enjoys sports, especially golf, and playing music.

About Lauren
Lauren Debranski has been working in various roles around the office since high school; however, she is proud to serve as an official attorney with Debranski & Associates.
Lauren has experience in civil litigation, wills, trusts, estates, probate, criminal, business, and litigation. In 2020, Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the prestigious University of Georgia, where she also honed her skills in Policy Debate as a member of the Georgia Debate Union.
She then continued her education at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctorate in 2024. While at Barry, Lauren volunteered with Community Legal Services in Orlando in the Evictions Department. Lauren passed the Georgia Bar Exam in the early spring of 2025 and was sworn in as an attorney at law in May 2025.
When she’s not practicing law, Lauren enjoys spending time with her fiancé, John Allen, her family, friends, and her beloved cat, Maisie.
